Whilst updating our website we felt that potential customers were more likely to click on a video to find out about our products and services than reading through boring text. Titan Film & Events have been a brilliant help, they have surpassed my expectations and deliver fantastic, friendly and efficient service from the beginning of all events to the very end. They've brought to life many different events for me from providing lighting, filming, PA systems and laptops.
A brilliant example of their support is when I chose to use my own laptop and projector to play a film for an event, when I tried to play the film the sound wouldn't play and I had no idea why, I called Titan who came to my rescue with a laptop this was with no prior notice and was late on in the evening.
